Volunteer for the Tracy Friends of the Library Booksale by sorting and shelving donated books. Also assist with setup of bi-annual "big" booksale.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be age 14 or older.
  • Be able and willing to volunteer at least one day a week for two hours.
  • Be able and willing to volunteer at least one semester.
  • Be able and willing to pass a Live Scan fingerprint/background check.
You will receive a volunteer application and cover letter by email. Return the completed forms to the checkout desk at the Tracy Branch Library. If you are chosen as a volunteer, you will be contacted regarding fingerprinting and training.

Note: All library staff and volunteers are required to wear masks while working indoors.

The Tracy Friends of the Library is a 501(c) non-profit organization that helps support the Tracy Branch Library in Tracy, CA by providing funds or programs and program materials.
