The Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County's Palmetto Club is seeking individuals that can work along side program staff and assist with sport related activities. Activities take place both inside/outside of the club. Club members range from K-12th grade
Volunteers must be well-rounded in a variety of sports such as basketball, baseball, t-ball, track, and even kick-ball. Do not be discouraged from applying if you are not skilled in any of the mentioned sports. You will not be teaching - you will be assisting with programs that are already in place.

Our organization has actively sought to enrich lives of girls and boys whom other agencies have had difficulty in reaching. We are dedicated to ensuring that our community's young people, especially those who come from disadvantaged circumstances, have greateer access to quality programs and services that will enhance their lives and shape their futures. The Clubs offer young people what they need and want most - adults who respect and listen to them; a safe environment where they can have fun and be themselves; and interesting, constructive, activites that channel youthful energy into challenging pursuits.
