To provide transportation to and from groups and events.

Family First builds strong families through in-home programs and education. Trained educators provide parents with information on basic care, social and emotional development, cues and communication, physical and brain development, and play and stimulation.

Pick up and drop off group participants according to schedule.

Engage in conversation and relationships with each group participant and their children.

Maintain open communication with other team members, reporting all concerns to supervisor.

Our 24 community based programs span prenatal care to assisted living for seniors, while providing comprehensive, compassionate, and responsive service to all. Hilltop serves thousands of people annually in Mesa, Delta, Montrose, and Ouray counties.
