We are currently looking for committed, socially conscious individuals to join our Board of Directors. In particular, we are seeking lawyers, small business owners, bankers, college professors, people who have experience with non-profit development, and people who are connected to the corporate sector.
Board responsibilities include; serving as ambassadors for the organization, attendance at board meetings, fundraising, marketing, oversight, and assisting the Executive Director in helping refine the vision of the organization.

Description
Tucked within a beautiful old church on the West End, ACPPA Community Art Center offers the
Norristown community endless possibilities for creative explorations. Through music, dance, art & theatre classes for children ages 2 - 14, an after-school arts immersion program, and traveling arts workshops, ACPPA is dedicated to improving the quality of people's lives. ACPPA provides diverse learning opportunities that use art as a tool to strengthen individual power and nurture creative self-expression. As a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization, ACPPA uses the generous support of friends and foundations to keep our classes affordable for the families and organizations we serve in our community.
