We are looking for enthusiastic and organized volunteers who would like to assist in coordinating our annual clean up events. The planning starts now for our annual Spring Clean-Up in April/May. Choose from a variety of tasks including making/returning phone calls, registering seniors, contacting volunteers, and help on the days of the actual event. Organize a network of community volunteers, all with traditions of human concern for others, whose purpose is to work with the frail, elderly, and people living with disabilities and their families in an effort to enable those served to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Description
We assist older adults in their homes with chores they find it difficult to do such as light housekeeping, shopping and errands, pet care, business help, and yard help. We always friendly visit with the seniors along with helping them around the house.
