The goal of a volunteer at Flance Early Learning Center helps support the children at Flance in their growth and development in a variety of ways.
Classroom volunteers provide support and assistance to any of our early childhood teachers in the room. A volunteer can help support teachers in classroom activities, like reading or arts and crafts. Or simply, a volunteer can provide additional social-emotional support in the room. Their tasks vary by age group, infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
All of our volunteers help support the LUME Approach at Flance Early Learning Center. All volunteers are a vehicle to help provide the LUME 'spheres': psychodynamic, early literacy & language, and values & character.
