Party Planners sought to organize our volunteer appreciation event for 2017. The event will take place in May 2017 and our volunteer department is seeking those with a gift for planning an event that will be inviting to our volunteers and show our appreciation for all that they do year round to support patients and families journeying through life's last stage. Our volunteers work hard giving of themselves all year, and the annual appreciation event is a chance for them to re-energize. A few meetings plus tasks you can accomplish on your own schedule.
As a party planner you will work with the volunteer coordinator on developing the theme and program for the event, creating invitations, catering and venue planning, in kind donations for door prizes and assist on the day of event.
