SteppingStone will be selling blank cards for $1.00 (CASH only) in the lobby before Saturday and Sunday performances of Ruby! The Story of Ruby Bridges.
We will have a small table set up for you with your cash box, the cards, and a variety of writing utensils. Previous cash handling experience is helpful, but not required. Volunteers must be at least 10 years old, and if under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Duties:
- When you arrive, you will check in with the House Manager and set up the station.
- Sell the cards to patrons, make change from the cash box.
- Help small kids if needed.
- Assist patrons in hanging cards with a clothespin on the garland if needed.
- At show time, you can leave the cash box with the Box Office for safe keeping. After the performance, please check out with the House Manager.

- Free admission to the performance
- A good feeling that you're helping a worthy cause
- Support of a small arts non-profit and the cast with the donation of your time
Dress code: We highly encourage dressing up! Remember, you are representing SteppingStone as ushers so please- no labels or offensive messages on clothing.
