    What's an E-textile? It's fabric art that glows, blinks, and shines! Learn how to make a one-of-a-kind wearable or ornament using LEDs, conductive thread, and electric paint. Materials will be provided or bring your own items from home to jazz up.

    • Assist students in creating textile pieces using electricity
    • Looking for creative-minded individuals that understand electricity

With 13 branch locations throughout Milwaukee, we serve a population of over 595,000 individuals. We house a collection of over 2.5 million items in print, digital, and media. Each year we welcome over 2 million visitors and offer over 6,000 free programs for children, teens, and adults, throughout our community.
