Counselors should enjoy working with kids and be interested in environmental science while preferably pursuing a career in the field. Requirements include assisting in all areas of IRC Summer Camp for a Sustainable Future. Including but not limited to: set up, clean up, and helping campers be safe and happy throughout the week. This camp is not just in the classroom but goes outside everyday.
