Students...Do you need community service hours before graduation??? We are a local non-profit organization serving the Covington, Conyers and Social Circle areas. Service projects include food and clothing distribution, community clean-ups, toiletry kit preparation and holiday give backs. We hold one community service project per month either individually or in collaboration with other non-profits and businesses. Our organization is registered as an official non-profit in the IRS database. We welcome ages 14-18 with parental permission, student groups and sports teams as well. Students completing service projects will receive a certificate of completion and can utilize us as a reference in their job search. About us: KEEP THE BEAT INC was created to introduce youth to contemporary music concepts involving the art of the disc jockey, music theory, beat and rhythm. KTB is a program for youth in grades 7th-12th and will teach the concepts of music, audio/visual training and online radio broadcasting. They will also learn about the importance of giving back by serving in the community during quarterly service projects. KTB students will be required to participate in service projects while they are learning the musical concepts.
