Ann Arbor Symphony’s Youth Concerts are less than two months away! For the second year, the A2SO is pleased to present two separate Youth Concert programs. The first, on March 15 th and presented in partnership with Carnegie Hall's Link Up program, will engage approximately 4,000 elementary school children in an interactive performance. The second, just six days later on March 21 st, is designed for a middle school audience. We expect about 2,000 students in attendance on that day. We need volunteers to help these events run smoothly. I write to you today to see if you are available to volunteer your time at one or both of these concerts. Both will be held in Hill Auditorium and we need more than 60 volunteers for each concert to ensure their success.
Bus attendants are responsible for greeting school groups as they arrive, then directing them to the proper entrance door. They also make sure that school groups stay together as they enter the building and are not separated by other arriving groups. They may also need to direct bus drivers to designated parking areas.
There are three different positions for which to sign up. Please indicate your availability and preference through this google form.

Description
The Musicians are great.
The music is live.
It happens in this moment.
People sharing their art in a live setting is an experience you don't get when listening to a CD. Those who attend our concerts know this. Symphonic concerts are true community events that celebrate our common humanity.
