Volunteers are needed to help navigate the State and/or Federal Legislation Process for Synthetic Drug Laws - Research and Advocacy. Once Bills are Identified that will help, letters, phone calls and visits to Members of the Legislature would be needed to help advocate for the bills.

Mission Statement

Mission of the VOW Foundation is educational and charitable purposes, to help assist in raising awareness of the inherent dangers associated with the manufacturing, sale, distribution and use of synthetic drugs, advocate for stronger legislation against the manufacture, sale, possession and use of synthetic drugs in the Oswego County, NY community and throughout the State of NY, and to advocate and provide support services to the mentally ill, homeless and low-income persons.
