Hello friends of Johnson Creek,
Do you love our parks and natural areas? Want to give back to your community? Help us manage the watershed to protect wildlife, water quality, and protect biodiversity.
Learn how to steward a park or bioswale in the watershed and care for it year round! Commit to 2 hours of service a month from Jan-Dec 2017. Training night provided by JCWC, Portland Parks and Recreation, and the City of Portland’s Green Streets Program.
**Soup dinner provided by Bob’s Red Mill! (Vegetarian)**

Our mission is to promote restoration and stewardship of a healthy Johnson Creek Watershed through sound science and community engagement.
Description
The Johnson Creek Watershed Council was formed in 1994 to fill the need for a single organization which could have the entire watershed as its focus. The JCWC provides an important opportunity for community members to participate in enhancing the resource that flows through their neighborhoods and communities. In 2001, the Council became a 501(c)3 non-profit.
