AARP Tax Aide Program at Apple Valley Galaxie Library is in need of a Client Facilitator/Receptionist for the 2017 tax season. This opportunity is a great way to gain customer service skills as well as gain volunteer hours for work projects, school, etc.
Client Facilitator will assist the volunteer tax preparers by greeting tax clients, signing them in, checking if they have identity and other needed documents, and generally controlling the intake process.
Qualifications
Dependable and timely
Patient and understanding, a great listener
Must enjoy working with people
No detailed tax law knowledge needed, we will train onsite
Requirements
Must be 18 years old or older
