Berkeley Prosperity Center Data Entry Volunteer

Needed between January 2017 - May 2017

Recurring commitment for a minimum of one month is preferred

Location: Moncks Corner Prosperity Center (325 E. Main St., Moncks Corner, SC 29461)

Function: Help us go paperless by entering data from client folders into our data system.

Function Duty: enter client service data into our data system to improve evaluation capabilities for the Prosperity Center(s). Training on the data system will be provided.

Function Skills: computer proficiency and strong attention to detail required; data entry or analysis experience preferred. Confidentiality statement requirement.

Availability: 4-5 hours a week at the Prosperity Center Location desired

Dorchester Prosperity Center Data Entry Volunteer

Needed between January 2017 - May 2017

Recurring commitment for a minimum of one month is preferred

Location: Dorchester Prosperity Center (222 Old Trolley Rd., Summerville, SC 29485)

Function: Help us go paperless by entering data from client folders into our data system.

Function Duty: enter client service data into our data system to improve evaluation capabilities for the Prosperity Center(s). Training on the data system will be provided.

Function Skills: computer proficiency and strong attention to detail required; data entry or analysis experience preferred. Confidentiality statement requirement.

Availability: 4-5 hours a week at the Prosperity Center Location desired

Data Entry Volunteer

Ongoing

One time or recurring commitment - either is acceptable

Location: Trident United Way Main Office (6296 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406)

Function: complete data entry for data related to Trident United Way’s Education, Financial Stability and Health impact areas.

Function Duty: enter data into a variety of systems including Efforts to Outcomes, CharityTracker, Survey Monkey and/or Excel. Training on the data systems will be provided.

Function Skills: Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail required; data entry or analysis experience preferred. Confidentiality statement requirement.

Availability: 4-5 hours a week at Rivers Avenue location desired

Data Quality and Analysis Volunteer

Ongoing

Recurring commitment for a minimum of three months is preferred

Location: Trident United Way Main Office (6296 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406)

Function: perform data quality, cleaning and analysis activities for Trident United Way data systems.

Function Duty: perform quality assurance activities as assigned, including but not limited to creating and running data system reports to check data quality, scrubbing data and completing analyses of data using Excel or other data systems.

Function Skills: Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail required; SAP and/or other database experience preferred. Training on Efforts to Outcome data system will be provided. Confidentiality statement requirement.
