Summary: EFNE is seeking experienced and enthusiastic volunteers to provide epilepsy and seizure trainings to a variety of audiences. EFNE will provide the necessary curriculum and training to enable volunteers to help educate school personnel, school nurses, students, senior citizen groups, community organizations, corporate "lunch and learns" and daycares.
From hour-long workshops for school personnel to all-day conferences for families, and from training preschool teachers to law enforcement and school bus drivers, whether it’s visiting corporations or hosting a webinar, last year, more than 1,200 people received training about epilepsy from EFNE.
As we seek to expand our reach, we invite interested and qualified volunteers to join our team of Community Education Liaison to assist in giving these presentations.
