The Nature Conservancy is a worldwide conservation organization who's mission is to protect the lands and waters on which all life depends. In Wisconsin, one way we do this is by stewarding land across the state.
Our land management team in the Military Ridge area is looking for a volunteer who can assist staff with mowing trials, brush, invasives, etc. Staff would be able to offer training on equipment but volunteer needs to know basic operations of tractor, mower, etc.
Volunteers with The Nature Conservancy in Wisconsin have opportunities to interact with staff, join staff events and learn about careers in conservation. We are happy to provide references at the end of your tenure with us.
