Museum Greeter- Be the face of the Renton History Museum
Renton History Museum
Greeters serve as front desk ambassadors for the museum on Saturdays. Greeters work in pairs for three-hour shifts from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. They open the museum, welcome visitors, collect admissions, sell gift shop items, provide information, and close the museum. To work as a Greeter, you must be enthusiastic about history, have excellent people skills, and be able to conduct financial transactions accurately.
About Renton History Museum
235 Mill Avenue South, Renton, WA 98057, US
The mission of the Renton History Museum (RHM) is to preserve, document, interpret, and educate about the history of greater Renton in ways that are accessible to diverse people of all ages.
The Renton History Museum is a community center for sharing and celebrating the unique history of Renton. As a small museum with limited financial and staff resources, we rely on the service of our dedicated volunteer corps to continue offering quality exhibits and programs to the public. We are currently closed and staff are teleworking until museums are able to reopen in Phase 3 of the Governor's reopening plan.
