Another rare opportunity to visit one of CLT’s conservation easement sites, Brown Conservation Easement ! In a conservation easement, a landowner voluntarily agrees to sell or donate certain rights associated with his or her property - often the right to subdivide or develop. We need your help removing some invasives that threaten the health of the wetland, marine shoreline, and forest systems that thrive here.
Tools, warm drinks, and light snacks are provided. We will be outside rain or shine so be dressed in appropriate clothing you don’t mind getting dirty. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Directions will be emailed upon registration (it's about 20 minutes NE of downtown Olympia).
