Talented Admin Wiz Needed to Support Growing Women-focused Nonprofit

We are seeking 2-3 talented individuals with great administrative skills to support our growing organization. As we are in the midst of expanding our reach as well as the projects and campaigns we offer to local communities in 2017, we are in immediate need of individuals who are well versed in the following tasks and skillsets:

• Ability to communicate directly (phone and/or email) with influential and noteworthy individuals and/or their managers and agents that will support the 2017 BIBO Awards in Las Vegas, Chicago, and Los Angeles
• Ability to do research on various industries that we will reach out to for their support and/or to acquire their nomination of exceptional female leaders in their organization
• Ability to communicate directly (phone and/or email) with honorees and nominees of the BIBO Awards and answer questions they may have; provide them informational literature or documents regarding the voting process and/or event details
• Ability to support our PR team (based in Los Angeles) with research and calls to contacts
• Ability to support efforts of our foundation outreach campaigns (Beauty Is ALL Heart, It's Purse-sonal, Beauty ReBorn) with any needed research or drafting of documentation or other tasks as required

The following skills are needed to effectively complete the above tasks:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe
2. Excellent verbal communication skills
3. Excellent writing skills
4. Some experience in online research

We hope to bring on individuals who may also consider joining our team on a longer term basis.
