Youth Enrichment Program "YEP"
Abigail Ministries Incorporation "AMi" Youth Enrichment Program "YEP" reduce stress for working parents while securing adequate, dependable accommodations for children when Rutherford County school are closed.
"When Schools are CLOSED We’re OPEN!!"
YEP offer students from Kindergarten through high school full days of activities from 8:00 to 4:00. When schools are closed during school breaks i.e., Winter, Fall, Spring, Holidays and Teacher’s Administrative and In-Service Days we are open! Students receive breakfast and lunch and also affordable before and after care as needed.
YEP provides a fun well structured environment with programs ranging from arts, field trips, swimming, liturgical dance, anti-bulling juvenile delinquencies, college prep, and sex trafficking. In addition, we offer character building and encouragement from guest speakers and presenters, police officers, judges and entrepreneurs. We also offer tutoring to youth needing assisting.
The Fall Break is only one week. As such, we are seeking volunteers that can donate an hour, days or the entire week. This is one of the most rewarding opportunities for volunteers. You may serve as a mentor, Photographer, camp support crew, food helper, teacher, teacher's helper, set up tear down, bus driver, or chaparones just to name a few.
We welcome experienced and first time volunteers.
Thanks for your interest, we look forward to meeting you and serving with you.

Mission Statement
Encouraging Children, Empowering Leaders, impacting Communities and Birthing Nonprofits to Serve
Description
Programs offered by AMi are crucial to communities because of discontinued programs, barriers, limited parenting skills, need for self sufficient, to re-build family structure and expand opportunities.
AMi offer social and life skills crucial to youth and parent development. The Mission of AMi is enforced through empowering and teaching Parents and youth individually and collectively in our youth enrichment programs as we train leaders and mentor youth and adults. AMi also serve women living in addictions, children of incarcerated parents and assist in reunifying parents and children in custody. We offer a variety of classes and hands on training to youth and adults to stop reoccurring crime, lack of education, low self esteem and individuals living in poverty. Offering incentive in our Next Level Mentor Program, participants are responsible and accountable to set goals, reach goals and reset goals in our SMART program.
We have witnessed women and children gain confidence, build self esteem become leaders, gainfully employed and become productive citizens.
