Transition 360 Alliance is a partnership between 4 programs that connects service members and their families with the resources they need to smoothly transition out of military life. Service members must be within 18 months of their ETS date (either pre or post) to qualify for services but we will do our best to help those that don’t qualify.
Comfort Crew for Military Kids provides children ages 6-15 the tools they need to promote self-confidence and resiliency.
Stronger Families is an online platform with podcasts, quizzes and practical exercises to strengthen relationships. They also bring Oxygen seminars to military couples.
Hire Heroes USA hosts career transition workshops, resume building and employment assistance to transitioning service members.
RP/6 provides in-person concierge service to transitioning service members and their families focusing on 8 pillars (employment, education, finance, health and wellness, legal, VA benefits, family support and housing). There are 2 RP/6 Scouts and 1 site manager based in the admin building (bldg. 44).

Mission Statement
The USO strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation.
Description
In 2001, the USO Fort Hood opened its doors on Fort Hood to Military Members and their families. Known for its hospitality services to Active Duty Service Members and their Families primarily in Airports across the nation and even around the world, Fort Hood was the first installation to host a USO Center. Originally located in Building 121 in Room 105, the USO maintained and delivered goodness to the troops from a tiny office. In 2006, USO moved into Building 1871 a two story WWII Barracks Structure, then we opened our doors in 2019 to Building 121, and we are now the world's largest USO.
Through the years, USO Fort Hood has helped many Soldiers deploy, providing a touch of home right before they leave. The USO Fort Hood has also been there when they return, Welcoming Soldiers home along side their family members. The USO Fort Hood has brought celebrities such as Gary Sinise, Jessica Simpson, Will Smith, Zac Brown Band and a host of other performers who truly support our service members to perform for the Troops and their families at Fort Hood. The USO working alongside MWR recently brought Sesame Street Military Experience Tour on August 1 and 2, 2016 to help military children with issues such as deployments and making new friends.
Our mission here at the USO Fort Hood is to strengthen our service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country throughout their service to the nation. We do this through our Centers and Family Programs - Movies On The Lawn, Family Game Night, and Early Literacy Workshop just to name a few.
