The Grant Writer will identify potential grant support from government agencies, foundations, and corporations to meet the financial and . This requires a methodological and analytical approach to meet such requirements. The GW will provide clear communication of proper rules and regulations for approving grants, its specifications, requirements and objectives across all departments of the organization and the management.
The GW may work on several projects at once under tight deadlines. Government policies and online submission processes change frequently. The availability of funding also fluctuates, so the GW must develop a diversified network of funding organizations.
It is preferred if the grant writer is familiar or has experience in dealing with veteran organizations. This is a part-time position, with the potential growth for future project opportunities.
