Britepaths’ Special Events Planning Committee Members will take the role of event planners for Britepaths’ two major annual events (Artful Living on 4.22.17 and Complete the Circle in Fall 2017) as well as other smaller minor events. All tasks will take place under the supervision of the Development Manager. The committee will be supported by the Development Manager and Development Assistant. This position requires excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and the ability to accomplish projects with little supervision. Event planning experience preferred. This is a volunteer position.

In 2024, Britepaths is celebrating our 40th anniversary. Since 1984, we have provided help and hope to Northern Virginia residents facing economic crisis through programs to stabilize families, foster personal empowerment, and support the needs of children. Our life-changing programs equip individuals and families with the resources and skills they need to withstand a financial emergency and begin a journey toward lasting independence and thriving.
