Special Service Legacy Volunteers are those who choose to work from home, providing crafting of life legacy projects our patient/families in the local Chicagoland area.

We are in need of talented individuals to sew Memory Bears and Memory Pillows. These beautiful gifts are crafted from material supplied from our patient families and are a life long memory of loved ones who have passed. Nothing says we care more than a handmade legacy gift from a volunteer.

Becoming a Special Service Volunteer and participating in our Hands To Hearts Program is simple! An application, interview, and confidentiality agreement is all that is required. We will also need a photo sample of your work.

If you are crafty and looking to keep your hands and heart busy, please consider us. Our Volunteer Director would love to talk with you!
