THE MYLES AHEAD VOLUNTEER CHALLENGE

United Way of Tarrant County and Myles Turner, #33, Indiana Pacers , challenged the Trinity High School students to volunteer! Not only to be able to provide valuable service to the HEB community, but also help themselves. As most students and their parents know, colleges look highly at volunteering on college applications often with requirements of 100 hours or more.

WHO IS MYLES TURNER?

Myles Turner has a heart for service and understands the importance of giving back to others. He has quickly become an inspiration to a community and more importantly the younger generation desperately looking for a positive influence.

Turner was born in Bedford, TX and attended Trinity High School. He played for the University of Texas in Austin before being drafted in 2015 by the Indiana Pacers. Together with Myles Turner, United Way of Tarrant County is building a stronger Tarrant County and laying the foundation of philanthropy for the next generation.
