What is Shangri-La?
Shangri-La is a non-profit human services organization serving adults with disabilities and disadvantages so they may recognize and achieve their potential. We aim to create communities where all people are accepted for their abilities and celebrated for their achievements.

What does a Quality Assurance Intern do?
The Quality Assurance Intern will work under the direction of Shangri-La's Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Management Team to assist with the ongoing monitoring, evaluation and implementation of quality assurance and improvement methods to ensre individuals served by Shangri-La receive the best services possible.

Ideal volunteer is interested in learning case management, process improvement, quality monitoring, and non-profit service administration. Volunteer must be at least 18 years of age.
