Volunteer Position: Vivian’s Victory Project Manager

Role Description

· Brainstorm project ideas for families in hospital

· Propose Budegt to Executive Director

· Communicate with Executive Director

· Purchase all supplies

· Find Volunteers for events

· Communicate with appropriate contacts at the Hospital

Time Requirements

· Varies with demand (Event weeks are more time consuming)

· Average 5-10 hours/ event

· Program Management

· Medical Caregiver

· Personal Experience with hospital stay

Role Description

· Gather information to complete applications with Social Worker and Perspective Clients (Families)

· Provide funding recommendation

· Communicate with Executive Director

· Communicate funding decisions with client

· Execute Follow Up and Outcomes

· Varies with demand (Current Application Average, 3/week)

Vivian's Victory is a nonprofit that provides practical and emotional support for families during perhaps the most critical moments of their lives while caring for their child. Vivian's Victory began as a response to the life of love lived by Vivian Teresa Dunlap from July 24, 2012- September 21, 2012.
