The Plant Exchange, an Oakland-based community non-profit, seeks a talented videography volunteer to shoot and edit footage of our 2017 Sustainable Urban Gardening Speaker Series. These videos will be shared on YouTube and our website. Have fun, use your video skills for a good cause, and help us expand our education program!

The events are held Feb. - Sept. on the 2 nd Sat. of the month from 2-4pm at 4500 Lincoln Ave. in Oakland. You need to have your own video equipment and editing/production software.

Each workshop is led by an experienced professional who demonstrates gardening, conservation and recycling through repurposing, and re-use of garden related material. Examples include gray water recycling, natural pest management, composting, and bay-friendly gardening.

The volunteer opportunities includes free admission to each event and a professional reference.
