Are you a lifelong learner with a passion for spreading your knowledge, authentically welcoming diverse students, and committing to personal growth? If so, you might be a Volunteer Nature Educator! Friends of Tryon Creek is offering a free comprehensive nature educator training to be held Tuesdays from February 11th to March 3rd. This training is designed to give you the tools you need to be a flexible and culturally responsive leader and educator in a variety of outdoor settings.
Registration required - contact Erin Cathcart, Field Trip Program Coordinator at 503 636 4398 or erin@tryonfriends.org with your name and a brief description of why you would like to participate in this year’s Nature Educator Training.
