Help us create a memorial scrap book page.

This volunteer will assemble a scrapbook page to capture the memory and spirit of our hospice patients who have passed. On a page or two, include the person’s name, short bio, pictures, and hobbies or highlight words to describe them. You will create your own layout and design for each page and be responsible for supplying needed materials. This will help our Hospice Team to remember our special patients and will allow us to share the remembrance page with the family, caregivers and loved ones at time of memorial.

On a project base or "as needed" basis.
