Our program depends on a lot of volunteer labor for many jobs and tasks. Our population is diverse and many of the parents of our students speak only Spanish. We need a point person to co-ordinate all of the volunteers, motivate them and train them and make sure all jobs are covered each week. This person should be outgoing and friendly, very organized, and needs to be bilingual Spanish/English. A major part of our mission is community building, and this is a crucial role for accomplishing that. We want all parents and other volunteers to feel like a part of the team and important to our organization's work in the community.
