Do you want to help victims of human trafficking?
Do you feel unsure about what to do?
Attend this informational meeting to learn more about
Ohio Women’s Refuge, who we help and what it is like to volunteer.
This meeting is intended to help potential volunteers decide if
and how they want to get involved and bring current volunteers
together to share updates and changes. We will discuss volunteer roles and house rules.
We will answer frequently asked questions and
you will have an opportunity to talk with OWR volunteers and staff.

Mission Statement
Ohio Women’s Refuge is committed to helping women escape sex trafficking and sexually exploitation by providing safe housing, counseling, medical treatment, life skills and employment preparation. While the women are recovering at the Refuge, we love them unconditionally, encourage them and pray for them as they work through sustainable hurt, which usually began in childhood. We show them what healthy relationships are like and prepare women to live a self-sustaining life. We do this all through the power of Jesus Christ and believe that complete healing is possible for every woman through Him.
