Out Reach Volunteer: Out reach volunteers will be working with the senior management to spread awareness in the community of our services as well as attending area events, nursing homes, hospitals, and other agencies within the area to raise awareness not only of our purpose but the change we can make in the life of someone who is lonely and has been forgotten.

Mission Statement
Our goal has always been, and will continue to be, to serve the elderly with love and God's grace. We'd like to continue to meet with Pastors and enlighten all people within the faith on the importance of bringing God's Word and Love into Nursing/Retirement Facilities. None should be forgotten, but all should be served. We thank God for giving us the sustenance we need to do His work in our small part of forever.

Description
Heart to Heart Ministries started as a two person visitation team, ministering to twelve wonderful people in one single Nursing Home. Jerry Lee Williams and Lee Hamby founded the ministry to bring God's word and Christ's example in action to the aged in our area. Pastor Marty Mouser and Assistant Pastor Ed Skupinski, as well as two Associate Ministers, Ioan Manea and Justin Ford, joined the ministry team in 2003. With their humble help, Heart to Heart has been able to expand; now servicing eight Nursing/Retirement Communities with a Pastor-on-call at many hospitals in the tri-county area.
We are strictly a volunteer ministry. We ask for no tithes or collect pay for what we do. Charitable donations, which go towards the benefit of those we serve, are always gratefully accepted. We rely on God to provide for the ministry and so far, faith has kept our small ministry nourished.
