Assist ICM with doctor appointments, transportation, appointment follow up, medication (call in, pick-up and drop off), scheduling new appointment, scheduling referrals, and helping with filling.
Assisting clients with their health (medical and mental) appointments, educating clients with the check-in process, scheduling new appointment, asking for referrals, completing forms, transportation (Taxi and bus), providing training and instruction for the client in order, to help them learn the health system and be able to do it independently.
