Do you like sorting through trinkets and treasures? Are thrift stores your thing?
Mt. Si Senior Center has a thrift store - Boomerang. It is a small store but has unbelievable finds!! The manager and volunteer crew are lots of fun.
Help is needed with: sorting donations, merchandising, organizing and displaying products, and assisting guests with their purchases. Volunteers must be able to lift and carry merchandise and donations, provide courteous service to customers, and work cooperatively with other volunteers. The thrift store aims to provide an excellent retail experience with quality and unique merchandise.
What's more -- the store helps generate funds for the program and services which support seniors in our valley.

Description
Mt Senior Center serves seniors in the Snoqualmie Valley by providing vital services including, but not limited to, demand response transportation, advocacy programs, nutrition (hot meals served 5 days a week), community activities, exercise classes and health services. By providing these services to community members age 55 and older, we are reducing social isolation which leads to improved health and longer lives of our seniors.
