PediPlace, a non-profit primary care pediatric medical clinic serving uninsured and underinsured children, seeks a part-time (1-2 days weekly - 24-30 hours monthly) bookkeeper. Qualified applicants will have direct and recent work experience with QuickBooks or other related small business accounting software demonstrating proficiency of use; general knowledge of general ledger accounting; advanced beginner level proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook ; and possess track record accuracy, quality record keeping and basic administrative and organizational skills . M inimum 3-5 years of booking experience required and medical business office experience is preferred. Scheduling for this position is approximately 8 hours (1 day) per week.
