The Lake Hopatcong Block Party, hosted by the Lake Hopatcong Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit, is poised to be a day that celebrates New Jersey’s largest lake: from recreation and leisure to business and everyday living. The fourth-annual event, to be held on May 13, 2017 (rain or shine), at Hopatcong State Park, will bring together local organizations and businesses, bands, demonstrations, craft vendors, food trucks, restaurants, a children’s area, and a opportunities to have a short boat rides.
We are looking for a big group of volunteers to help us. Volunteer slots are available in three categories:
Half-Day Morning Session 6:45am-12:45pm
Half-Day Afternoon Session 1pm-6pm
All Day 6:45am-6pm
This event is a FUN day! Volunteer with a friend and double your fun!
If you have never volunteered with us, we need you to fill out a volunteer registration form.
After that you can sign up for your time slot.

- Make sure you and your family are safer while on the lake
- Enhance the sense of lake community
- Give you more opportunities to enjoy the lake's recreational activities
- Keep you informed abouyt relevant lake matter
