The Joseph A. Browne Middle School in conjunction with Citizen Schools’ 8th Grade Academy Program is hosting its first ever Interview Day at BMS.
Mock interviews are a great way for our students to develop the necessary skills to apply for summer jobs and beyond. In an effort to offer students a chance to practice key professional skills, the BMS Interview Day was born.
Overview:
Students will be given 10-minute time slots to practice their interview skills.
Volunteer Interviewers will be asked to:
Conduct a mock interview with students using questions provided by BMS/ 8GA Staff.
Complete a brief rubric on each student they interview.
Participate in a short debrief session about overall successes and areas for development for BMS students.
