Spend a Saturday or Weeknight helping make a community safer. The Red Cross needs volunteers willing to help with our Smoke Alarm installation events. We provide Preparedness materials as well as install Smoke Alarms free of charge.
OR
Help teach kids and adults the importance of being prepared and ready for a Disaster. The Red Cross offers a number of educational opportunities for kids and adults to learn about fire safety and prevention, disaster preparedness and more.
Educators/Planners help set-up and coordinate these opportunities as well as attend some of them. Training provided free of charge.
