Individuals from Ability Options working on crafts.

Ability Bulding Center is seeking volunteers for our Ability Options program. Ability Options (AO) - is a licensed program designed to meet the needs of individuals who no longer have the desire or ability to work full time. AO is a recreation and leisure program that promotes growth and activity, and many ABC participants spend time in AO to complement the time they spend in one of our work programs.

Ability Options is seeking volunteers to lead and assist with craft activiites. AO is a day program and is ideally looking for individuals that are available in the mornings to assist, however, volunteers can assit with craft preparation at any time.

Since 1956, ABC has been improving the quality of life in Southeastern Minnesota by providing rehabilitation and employment services for persons with disabilities and other special needs.

Our goal is to see that every person, regardless of disability, is respected as an individual and is the one whose voice is most clearly heard throughout the entire service design and delivery process. We are dedicated to providing the best in person-centered support, wrap-around training and services, and the broadest possible range of work opportunities, both in our facilities and on-site with our community-based business partners.
