The events at The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center - Chicago is off to an energizing fresh new start. In fact we have an upcoming event on Monday, January 16, 2017 called "DREAMFEST", which is a celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. There will be a plethora of impactful activities taking place on that day.
We have a wonderful lineup of activities scheduled for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. celebration (DREAMFEST) and it can not be a complete success without your help. Assistance is needed throughout the building. There will be Sports Activities, Carnival Games, Speeches, Fitness Activities, Games, Arts & Crafts, Dreamwalk, Video Gaming Tournaments, Specialized Computer Classes, Event clean-up, Hall Monitoring and Registration Assistance, and the list goes on and on.
If you are available and can volunteer on this upcoming Monday, 1/16/17 (DREAMFEST), the volunteer hour details are as follows:
- 1st Shift - 10:30am - 2:30pm
- 2nd Shift - 2:00pm - 5:30pm
- Duration - 10:30am - 5:30pm
If you are available to volunteer, please e-mail me your shift preference and confirmation by Friday morning (1/13/17); this will allow for greater leverage in terms of coverage and event success.
Let's share a Vision/Dream together at DREAMFEST 2017!
