This is an opportunity in Rock Hill, SC. The Children's Attention Home is a residential program that serves children ages birth through 21 who have been removed from their homes because of abuse, abandonment, or neglect.

The Children's Attention Home is seeking a volunteer to serve in the Volunteer Services Department as a Clerical Assistant to our Volunteer Coordinator. This opportunity requires a weekly visit (preferably on the same day)of 1-2 hours each week between the hours of 8:00am and 2:30pm.

Responsibilities include:

General clerical duties, volunteer intake, event planning, managing office supplies, and assisting with volunteer and outreach coordination.

Qualifications include:

Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills

Detail oriented and committed to meeting deadlines

Good interpersonal skills

Works well independently and as part of a team

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple deadlines

Ability to problem-solve in a fast paced work environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
