The Ride is an all day event. There will be two shifts on Saturday, May 20th, 2017.

The morning shift (6:45am - 11am) will involve helping with on-site registration, packet pick-up, and directing up to 500 riders. There is also a need for people to help with raffle and merchandise promotion, greeting participants, general traffic flow and assistance. Some parking assistance. There are a lot of people coming during a short time period (the ride starts at 8am).

The afternoon shift (11am - 4pm) will involve interacting with riders as they finish, passing out drinks, snacks, pointing out locker room facilities. There is also a need for people to cheer on the riders as they finish riding up to 67 miles! This shift will help clean up the facility, break down tables, wash utensils, take out trash.
