We are a small but passionate organization that seeks to raise awareness of religious child abuse and neglect. We are not an anti-religion organization but recognize that there is a serious and overlooked problem in which children can be harmed by adults who are following religious practices. Some examples include "faith healing" medical neglect, Bible-based physical abuse, and emotional terrorizing with religious messaging.

The CFFP is looking for an Executive Director to oversee our operations, update board of directors at quarterly meetings, and pursue fundraising channels. The ED would report to the board of directors, who will offer support by showing guidance and answering questions promptly. We also have a small staff of volunteers to take on many aspects of our operation.

The ED should care about our mission and have experience with administration. Excellent communication skills are a must, including the ability to write compelling emails. The ED must be well organized and self-motivated and have glowing references.
