We are a small but passionate organization that seeks to raise awareness of religious child abuse and neglect. We are not an anti-religion organization but recognize that some religious communities and households that are not educated about child development and can conduct harmful practices.
The Executive Director has the responsibility to oversee all operations, communication with the board, managing volunteers and independent contractors, marketing and public relations, and fundraising. The ED should care about our mission and have experience overseeing an organization. It would be a plus for the person to have worked in the nonprofit sector before or the field of child maltreatment. We are looking for an individual who is well organized and meticulous, driven, and has good communication skills.
