About Collectively Assisting People Personally, Inc

Location:

Mission Statement

To collectively come together in a directed effort to assist people who have a need however is unable to fulfill that need themselves. Collectively but personally is the way we strive to serve others.

Description

CAPP, Inc. - Collectively Assisting People Personally, Inc. was originally developed back in 1997, obtaining our nonprofit status in 2000 under the umbrella of Computer Acquisition and Placement Program, Inc.

Our main goal was to provide refurbished computers to local parks, recreation centers, schools and individuals. While CAPP was very successful in this endeavor, the course of years changed the donations coming in as well as the need.

In 2014, CAPP underwent a refurbishment of it's own with a new name (same acronym) and a new vision. This vision is to be a resouce point for people who have a need and is unable physically or financially to fulfill that need. We have broadened out specrum so no matter the need, i.e.: Medical equimpent; disability scooters, walkers, canes, etc. Household needs; washer, dryer, stove/oven, air conditioner, etc. Vehicle needs; minor repair, parts, etc.

We believe that collectivly is how we can serve others in obtaining the needed item(s) yet we understand the it is usually personally, one-on-one that gets the task accomplished.

We believe in paying it forward and giving back to our communities and our friends there in.
