Welcome Home Housing is a small 501c3 nonprofit in Sacramento, CA that provides permanent supportive housing for adults living with serious mental illness. We manage five homes in the Rosemont and Rancho Cordova areas. In addition, we collaborate with Turning Point Community Programs to manage a respite home.
We are currently seeking a volunteer with accounting experience to serve as board treasurer. The primary responsibility of the treasurer is the financial management and oversight for the organization. The treasurer works closely with the executive director to complete monthly bookkeeping tasks and to monitor ongoing expenses and adherence to annual budget. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel is needed.
