Bridging the Gap (BTG) is a selective program for high performing part-time multi-cultural staff that will provide resources, development opportunities and guidance for under-supported and in-need team members who are passionate about obtaining career advancement skills.
BTG is immediately seeking individuals to help present topics supporting key skill development and topics that relate to career advancement or life skills such as:
-Career Planning
-Professional Communication
-Financial Planning
-Diversity and Inclusion
-Networking
-Brand Management
-Etc
The program's purpose is to build multicultural leadership within the organization to better lead our changing communities in equitable community serving work
