Surround yourself with flowers and fabulous Monarch Butterflies in midwinter by volunteering as an attendant for miSci's annual indoor Butterfly Garden. Admit groups to the indoor garden, be a docent and talk about the life cycle of a butterfly or explain the differenc e3in a butterfly and a moth. Our short hands on training session will prepare you for working with families and students. Volunteer shifts are in two hour shifts.

This is a perfect volunteer task for someone who likes to meet and talk with people of all ages. Plus the butterflies will lift your spirits in the dead of winter!

We are open 7 days a week 9 to 5 Mnday through Saturday and Noon to 5 on Sundays.
